Changing the Activity Report Settings

The Activity Report is printed out automatically by the machine after every 20 transactions. This report lists the details of the documents you have sent or received so that you can keep track of the transaction operations you machine has performed.

• Machine prints sending and receiving transactions together in the same report.
• When sending a document to many locations (Broadcast), the transaction number will be the same for each transmission in the group.

Follow the instructions below to change the Activity Report setting, the default settings is ON.

1. Press [Menu].

2. Press [(-)] or [(+)] to select <FAX SETTINGS>, then press [Set].

3. Press [(-)] or [(+)] to select <REPORT SETTINGS>, then press [Set].

4. Press [(-)] or [(+)] to select <ACTIVITY REPORT>, then press [Set].

5. Press [(-)] or [(+)] to make your selection, then press [Set].

Setting values:

ON- Default setting, Prints the Activity report every 20 transactions

OFF- No activity report is printed.

6. Press [Stop/Reset] to exit the menu.
