What is the Maximum Aperture with the Extender

Solution

When the EF 1.4x III is attached, the lens maximum aperture will be smaller (darker) by 1 stop. The camera will compensate the exposure automatically.

Please note that if the maximum effective aperture falls below f/5.6, AF will not be possible
