This model has multiple volume control modes and settings. See the table provided below to change the appropriate volume setting.

- Press <Menu>.
- Press
to select DATA REGSTRATION.
- Press <Start/Copy> twice. [DATE & TIME] will appear on the display.
- Use to select [VOLUME CONTROL].
- Press <Start/Copy>.
- Use to select from the following.
[CALLING VOLUME]
[LINE MONITOR VOL]
[ALARM VOLUME]
[KEYPAD VOLUME]
- Press <Start/Copy>.
- Use to select the settings from [0] to [3]. [0] is the same as off.
- Press <Start/Copy> to save the changes.
- Press <Stop> to return to standby mode (date and receive mode will appear).

HANDSET VOLUME
- Press <Menu>.
- Press to select DATA REGSTRATION.
- Press <Start/Copy> twice. [DATE & TIME] will appear on the display.
- Use to select [VOLUME CONTROL].
- Press <Start/Copy>.
- Use to select [HANDSET VOL]
- Press <Start/Copy>.
- Use to select 1(low) or 2(high)
- Press <Start/Copy> to save the changes.
- Press <Stop> to return to standby mode (date and receive mode will appear).

- Press to select DATA REGSTRATION.
- Press <Start/Copy> twice. [DATE & TIME] will appear on the display.
- Use to select [RX CALL LEVEL].
- Press <Start/Copy>.
- Use to select [STANDARD] or [HIGH].
- Press <Start/Copy> to save the changes.
- Press <Stop> to return to standby mode (date and receive mode will appear).
