Description

Enable RX (Receive) Reduction to automatically reduce faxes to fit to the paper that is loaded.

Solution

RX REDUCTION

Use the following instructions to change RX Reduction setting.

1.Press <Menu>

2. Use to select [DATA REGSTRATION], then press <Start/Copy>. The LCD displays [USER SETTINGS].

3.Use to select [PRINTER SETTINGS], then press <Start/Copy>.

4. Use to select [RX REDUCTION], then press <Start/Copy>.

5. Use to select [ON], then press <Start/Copy> Selecting [ON] will reduce incoming faxes. [REDUCE DIMENSION] is displayed.

6. Use to select [VERTICAL ONLY] or [HORIZ & VERTICAL], then press <Start/Copy>.

7. Press <Stop>. Setting ends and the fax returns to standby mode.
