Clean the inside of the compact photo printer (SELPHY CP760 / CP770)
Solution
Cleaning the Inside of the Printer (SELPHY ES3 / ES30)

Remove the ink cassette.
Open the ink cassette compartment cover.
Lift up on the ink cassette lever.

Insert the cleaner stick all the way in the ink cassette compartment and slide it in and out 2 or 3 times.
Important! Do not touch the white parts of the cleaner as its performance may be affected.

Replace the ink cassette and try printing again.
