Removing Paper Jams - Compact Photo Printers
For CP model printers, first remove the paper cassette.
If the jammed paper can be seen from the front or back (or top for ES model printers), gently pull on the paper until it is removed from the printer. If the paper cannot be fully removed, then the unit will need to be serviced.
