For copying and receiving faxes, you need to set the size and type of print media loaded in the multi-purpose tray.

  1. Press <Menu>

  2. Use to select [DATA REGSTRATION], then press <Start/Copy>. The LCD displays [USER SETTINGS].

  3. Use to select [PRINTER SETTINGS], then press <Start/Copy>.

  4. Use to select [PAPER SIZE], then press <Start/Copy>.

  5. Use to select [LGL], [LTR] or [A4],then press <Start/Copy>.

  6. Press <Stop/Reset> to return to standby mode.
