RX Restriction

You can set the machine to reject faxes with no sender information or to receive only from senders that are registered in speed dial. Select one of the following conditions to reject faxes.

1. Press <Menu>
    
2. Use to select [DATA REGSTRATION], then press <Start/Copy>. The LCD displays [USER SETTINGS].
    
3. Use to scroll through the menus and select [SYSTEM SETTINGS].
    
4. Press <Start/Copy>.
    
5. Use to select [RX RESTRICTION].
    
6. Use to select [ON] or [OFF].
   1. When ON is selected, use to select WITH SENDER INFO] or [REGISTERED SENDR] then go to step 7.
      
      WITH SENDER INFO: The fax only receives documents that contain TTI information (name / phone number).
      REGISTERED SENDR: The fax only receives documents that contain TTI information (name / phone number). Also, the phone/fax numbers on the TTI must be registered under one-touch/coded speed dialing on your fax.
   2. When OFF is selected, press <Start/Copy> and then go to step 8.
       

7. Press <Start/Copy>.
    
8. Press <Stop> to return to standby mode.
