If "File error." is displayed when uploading the link settings file, it is because there is a problem with the SSO file issued by Salesforce. To correct this, check whether the organization name entered when creating the SSO authentication file in Salesforce was entered using alphanumeric characters. If something other than alphanumeric characters was entered, edit the information to use only alphanumeric characters and save it.
