Solution
Disabling the Camera Window from automatically opening when a camera is connected
If you uncheck the box next to "Displays this screen when the camera is connected," the Camera Window will not automatically open the next time the camera is connected.
Instead, the Windows Event Window will prompt the user to select a program to launch.
