How to clean the paper feed rollers
If the paper feed roller is dirty, paper is not fed properly because the paper feed roller slips. Cleaning the paper feed roller could resolve the paper feeding problem.
Note: Since the cleaning abrades the paper feed roller, perform this procedure only when necessary.
a. Ensure that the printer is powered on and open the paper support.
b. Load three sheets of 4" x 6" sized paper in the auto sheet feeder.
2. Perform the paper feed roller cleaning.
a. Press the <Menu> button.
b. Use the

cursor button to select 'Tool box' and press the <OK> button.
c. Use the or cursor button to select 'Maintenance' and the press the <OK> button.
d. Use the 
/ 
cursor button to select 'Roller cleaning' and press the <OK> button.
e. Use the / cursor button to select 'Yes', then press the <OK> button. The paper feed roller cleaning starts. If paper is not fed properly, repeat the paper feed roller cleaning up to three times.
