Description

Move printer away from strong light source.

Solution

Follow the steps below to resolve the error:

  1. Press the <Stop/Reset> button to resolve the error.

  2. Align the printer so the Paper Output Slot will not be exposed directly to a strong light source.

  3. Try the Automatic Print Head alignment again.
