Locate the Serial Number

The serial number of the printer is visible when the top cover is opened, as shown below.

When confirming the serial number, ensure that the printer is powered off before opening the top cover.

The serial number starts with four letters and ends with five digits.

(Example) VVPP00018

Note: Do not touch the shaft, or the film. If you spread the white grease on the shaft to other parts or touch the film, it may cause damage to the printer. If you touch the grease, wash your hands.
