Some images in the memory card may not be in a supported format. Images in non-supported formats are not printed (skipped). The following images are not supported:

1) Images edited on the computer.

2) Images in a format not supported by the printer. Only JPEG or TIFF formats are supported by the printer.

3) Images with double-byte character(s) used in the file name. Change the file name using up to 8 single-byte alphanumeric characters, via the computer.

4) Images saved in a folder nested 5 or more layers deep. Move the image(s) to the 4th or higher layer folder.

Note:  Data edited or modified on the computer must be printed from the computer.
