Collate Copy

The collate copy allows you to sort copies in page order. It is convenient when you make multiple copies of multiple page documents. To use this feature, you need to set [AUTO SORT] to 'ON' in the [COPY SETTINGS] menu.

  1. Press <Menu>.


  2. Press <> or <> to select [3.COPY SETTINGS], then press <Set>.


  3. Press <> or <> to select [5.AUTO SORT], then press <Set>.


  4. Press <> or <> to select [ON], then press <Set>.


  5. Press <Stop/Reset> to return to standby mode.
    The Collate Copy function is set to 'ON'.
