Computers IEEE-1394 ports are not functioning correctly. Refer to computer mfgr.
Solution
When your Canon product is not detected via the IEEE-1394 port and proper operation has been confirmed on another computer this indicates a problem with the computers ability to access the device. Please contact you computer vendor or IEEE-1394 (Firewire) card vendor for support information regarding this interface.
