• Do not allow any metal objects to touch the terminals, as this can cause a short circuit and damage the battery pack. Attach the terminal cover whenever the battery pack is not being used.

• The camcorder adapter or battery pack will not work properly if the terminals are dirty. Attach the terminal cover whenever the battery pack is not being used.

Storing the battery pack

• Storing a charged battery pack for long periods of time (about 1 year) can shorten its lifecycle or affect performance. We recommend to discharge the battery pack in the camcorder fully and to store it in a dry place. If you do not use the battery pack for long periods of time, charge it fully and discharge it fully in the camcorder at least once a year before returning it to storage.
