Solution
Uninstall and reinstall ZoomBrowser EX
- Click 'Start', 'Settings', 'Control Panel', and 'Add/Remove Programs'.

Select 'Canon Utilities ZoomBrowser EX' and click 'Remove.'
(Windows 98 or Windows ME screen shown)
(Windows 2000 or Windows XP screen shown)

If you are presented with any windows like the one below, click 'Yes To All' and then 'Yes' when asked to confirm.

ZoomBrowser EX is now uninstalled.

Reinstall ZoomBrowser EX from the CD that was included with the camera.
