Please change the 'Color' display property to a high color (ie.16 bit, 24 bit).

Solution

How to change the Display Properties in Windows.

1. Use the Right Click on the mouse on the desktop in a blank area (not on any icons or with any windows open) and choose <Properties> from the drop down menu.

2. Then click the settings tab on the open window as shown below.

3. Choose the <Color Quality> tab and pick the desired selection (either 16 or 32 bit color).

4. Click the <Apply> button and the window will close.

5. Re-open the application and the color quality of the image should be improved.
