Description
The USB cable must connect from the device directly to the MultiPASS F60 / F80.
Solution
Connect the USB cable to the MultiPASS F60 / F80
If the computer does not detect the F60 / F80, ensure the USB cable connects directly to the printer. If the printer is connected to the computer via a USB splitter, disconnect the cable from the splitter and connect it directly to the computer.
- Connect one end of the USB cable to the F60 / F80 (A).
- Connect the other end of the cable to the computer (B).
