Use Booklet Printing (Windows)
Booklet Printing is a type of layout printing in which four pages of an original document are printed on either side of a single page. The print order is set automatically. This is very useful for creating booklets. The printed pages are simply folded in half and stapled together at the center to create a booklet.

Note: The Booklet Printing function is not available when any of the following functions or options is selected.
- Borderless Printing
- Background Printing is disabled
- Print media other than Plain Paper is selected for Media Type.
- Select 'Print'... from the File menu.
- Click 'Options...' (The Options dialog box appears.)
- Make the desired changes to the settings. Click here for more information.
- Click 'OK'.
- Click 'Print'. The document will be printed on sides of the same sheet to create a booklet.
Settings for Booklet Printing:

- Select the stapling side from Layout.
- If you would like to print a page border around each page, select 'Print' from Page Border.
