Instructions to change the print order (Mac OS 9.x). The Reverse Order option prints pages in reverse order so that the first page is already at the top of the stack in the output tray. The Collate option is convenient for printing multiple copies of the document one copy (collated set) at a time.

Instructions to change the print order (Mac OS 9.x).  The Reverse Order option prints pages in reverse order so that the first page is already at the top of the stack in the output tray. The Collate option is convenient for printing multiple copies of the document one copy (collated set) at a time.

  • Note:  Print in reverse order and Print collated pages will be disabled if you select booklet printing or poster printing.  Print collated pages will be disabled if you select one (1) for the number of copies.

Follow this procedure to access the Options dialog:

  1. From inside the application, click File and select 'Print...' or 'Print Desktop...' from the menu options.  (The printer's main driver screen will open.) 



  2. Enter the number of copies desired.

     

  3. Select which pages to print.



  4. Select 'Options' to open the Options dialog.

     

  5. Specify the print order by selecting the checkboxes to enable, or deselecting the checkboxes to disable, Print in reverse order and Print collated pages as desired.

    Note:  You can select 'Print in reverse order' and 'Print collated pages' at the same time.




  6. Click 'OK'.

  7. Click 'Print' to begin printing.



Printing will now begin.
