Install ink tanks in the correct order

Solution

Ink Tank Order

If the wrong ink tanks are installed or the ink tanks are installed in the wrong order, colors will not print correctly. Install the recommended ink tanks in the correct order (from left to right):

Note: Installing Photo ink tanks (BCI-6 PM or BCI-6 PC) in this printer will cause colors to print incorrectly.

  1. BCI-6 Black
  2. BCI-3e Black
  3. BCI-6 Yellow
  4. BCI-6 Magenta
  5. BCI-6 Cyan
