Check To See If The Printer Is Displayed In Chooser (Mac OS 9.x)

Instructions to check if the printer is displayed and selected in the Chooser.

1. From the Apple menu (Apple mark), select 'Chooser' (The Chooser dialog box appears). 
   
   
2. From the list of icons at left, select the icon of the printer you are using.. 
   
   
3. Confirm that the selected printer name is listed in the 'Connected to:' box on the right. 
   
   
   
   
   
   Note: If the printer name is not listed in the 'Connected to:' box, the printer may not be properly connected to the computer. Check the connection by reconnecting the USB cable, etc.
