Cleaning the roller

Clean the roller when envelopes do not feed correctly.

Follow this procedure to perform roller cleaning:

1. Remove any print media from the multi-purpose tray.
   
   
2. Press <Menu>.
   
   
3. Use [<] or [>] to select [MAINTENANCE].
   
   
4. Press <Set>.

   
   
   

5. Use [<] or [>] to select [ROLLER CLEANING].
   
   
6. Press <Set>.
   
   
7. When cleaning has finished, repeat this procedure twice more. Then load letter-size plain paper and repeat this procedure a further three times from step 2.
