Set a custom paper size (Mac OS X)
Instructions to set a custom paper size in Mac OS X. You can choose non-standard paper sizes for printing tasks by specifying custom sizes in inches or millimeters.
Note: When setting a Custom Paper Size, borderless printing will not be available.

Open the Print dialogue box by clicking File and selecting 'Print' from inside the application being printed from.
Note: For Mac OS X versions before 10.5, open the Page Setup dialogue by clicking 'File' and selecting 'Page Setup'.

Select 'Manage Custom Sizes ' from the 'Paper Size' pop-up menu

Click the 'Add' (+) button.

Specify the Paper Size setting.

Either choose your printer's default margins from the pop-up menu, or enter your own values for margins in the 'Left', 'Right', 'Top', and 'Bottom' fields.

If you want to change the custom size's name, double-click the name in the list and enter a new name.

Click 'OK'.

Open the Print dialog box by clicking File and then selecting 'Print' from inside the application.

Click 'Print'.
Printing will now begin.
Note: The printer can handle paper sizes in the range of 3.54 to 8.50 in (90.0 to 215.9mm) for width and 4.72 to 23.00 in (120.0 to 584.2mm) for height.
