Print using BCI-3e BK only (Mac OS 9.x)

Instructions to print using only the black ink tank only. Occasionally customers wish to print using black ink only. Using grayscale alone does not provide this option and the color inks will still be used.

Note: Image quality will be sacraficed when printing photographs and graphics.

1. Click 'Print...' or 'Print Desktop...' from the File menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Select 'Plain Paper' as the Media Type.
   
   
3. Select the box for Grayscale Printing.
   
   
4. Select 'Text' from the Print Mode
   
   
   
   
5. Click 'Print'. The printer will only use the black ink tank for this document.
