Confirm Bluetooth is Displayed in Device Manager

1. For Windows Vista, select 'Start', 'Control Panel', 'Performance and Maintenance', and 'System'.
   For Windows 7, select 'Start', 'Control Panel', 'System and Security', and 'System'.
   
   Note: When using the Classic or Icon View in Control Panel, select 'Start', 'Control Panel', and 'System'.
   
   
   
   
2. In the System Properties, select the Hardware tab.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Hardware sheet, select 'Device Manager'.
   
   
   
   
4. When printing is possible in a Bluetooth environment, Bluetooth Printing Support is displayed under Bluetooth Radios. When printing is not possible in a Bluetooth environment, Bluetooth Printing Support is not displayed under Bluetooth Radios.
