Clear the error condition, then retry printing

Solution

When the message "Failed in Printing the Document." appears

Do not retry printing or click 'Retry'. Check the POWER lamp on the printer.

If the POWER lamp is blinking orange, correct the error. Click for error conditions

If the POWER lamp is blinking green, the printer is operating. Wait until the POWER lamp stops blinking.
