Trashing printer preference files
Use the following procedure to trash printer preference files.
1. Double-click the hard drive icon.
2. Open 'Preferences' in System Folder.
3. Trash the items 'BJ PREF' and 'BJC-BACK'.
Note: To trash an item, click it to highlight it, hold down the <command> (apple) key , then press the <Delete> key.
4. Restart the computer.
