Description

Load the paper cassette correctly - compact photo printers

Solution

How to load the paper cassette

This section describes how to load the paper cassette. Loading the paper cassette incorrectly may result in paper jams or the inability to print.
Note: Loading too much paper into the cassette may lead to paper feeding problems. The recommended maximum number of sheets that can be loaded in the cassette is 18 sheets. For the wide size paper (100 x 200 mm (4 x 8 in.)) it is recommended to load no more than 12 sheets.

1. Open the paper cassette compartment cover downward.

ex.: CP-400

2. Push the paper cassette all the way into the paper cassette slot. Insert the paper cassette evenly so that it slides over the bottom of the slot entrance. During this process, make sure that the middle cover is closed and the top cover remains open. Also make sure that the paper is set correctly before inserting the cassette.

The top of the printer cassette acts as a catch tray for the prints coming out of the printer, so be sure to close the middle cover and open the top cover so that prints can be caught normally.

This completes the process of loading the paper cassette.
