Solution

Perform a Print Head Cleaning from the unit

Clean the print head if you suspect that the nozzles might be clogged.  Perform a nozzle check first to determine if cleaning is required.

Caution:  Cleaning the print head consumes ink, so perform a print head cleaning only when necessary.  Print a nozzle check pattern before and after cleanings to determine if a print head cleaning is required.

  2. When the power lamp blinks once, release the button.

Note:  The power lamp will blink and print head cleaning will start. The cleaning completes when the power lamp stops blinking.  (It will take about 30 seconds to a minute for the power lamp to stop blinking and remain lit solid green.)
