Locate the Serial Number

The printer's serial number location

The serial number of the printer is visible when the front cover is opened, as shown below.

When confirming the serial number, ensure that the printer is powered off before opening the front cover.

The serial number starts with four letters and ends with five digits.

(Example) VVPP00018

Note:  To avoid printer damage, do not touch the film, the shaft, or the cable.
