Locate the Serial Number

The serial number of the printer is visible when the top cover is opened, as shown below.

When confirming the serial number, ensure that the printer is powered on before opening the top cover.

The serial number starts with four letters and ends with five digits.

(Example) VVPP00018

Please note that AZDK is part of the FCC information and is not the serial number for your printer.
