Solution

Force Quit Installation

If installation appears to stop prematurely in Mac OS X 10.5, force quit the non responding application and continue installation.

  1. On the computer's keyboard, press the 'Command', 'Option', and 'Esc' buttons at the same time to launch the Force Quit Applications window.

  2. Select the installer that includes "not responding" beside it and then click 'Force Quit'.



  3. When setup is complete, follow the instructions to restart the computer.
