Solution

Reseat the print head

Below is the procedure for reseating the print head and ink tanks:

  1. Power on the printer by plugging in the power cord.

  2. Open the front cover.



  3. After confirming that the cartridge holder has moved to the center, lift the cartridge locking lever.



  4. Remove the cartridge and check for any orange packing material or tape.



  5. Reseat the cartridge and lock the locking lever.

    .



  6. When using the BC-21, make sure the ink tanks are snapped in properly.
