Setting the Page Size Correctly in an Application

Many programs allow you to change the size of the page for the document you are creating.  If the size of the page defined in the program is different than the size of the page set in the printer driver, the document may print either too small or over multiple pages.

In the application you wish to print from, check for a 'Page Setup' option in the 'File' menu. Make sure that the defined page size in 'Page Setup' matches the printer's settings. If you are unable to locate 'Page Setup', consult the application's 'Help' files or manual.
