Solution

Check firmware version and update if necessary

  1. Press <Menu>


  2. Using keypad, enter <1>, <7>, <3>, <9>, <8>


  3. Press <Start>


If the firmware version is below that listed, please refer the customer to the Canon USA web site (www.usa.canon.com) to download updated firmware.
