Most external microphones (commercially available) equipped with a 3.5 mm diameter mini plug can be used with the caemra.
NOTE
- It is possible to use a microphone that supports plug-in power (which is supplied from a camera to the microphone) (EOS REBEL T6S / EOS 760D, and EOS REBEL T6i / EOS 750D support plug-in power-type microphones.)
- It is possible to use a condenser microphone. However, it is not possible to use a condenser microphone that requires phantom power (which is supplied from external power equipment to the microphone).
- It is not possible to use a dynamic microphone.
- The impedance of the microphones that can be used with the camera is around 200 to 2K.
