Solution

Follow these steps to reset the wireless network (LAN) settings from the printer's operation panel.
  1. Press the Menu button on the printer. Then, use the arrows to scroll over to Setup and press OK.

  2. Use the arrows to scroll over to Device Settings and press OK.

  3. Use the arrows to scroll down to LAN Settings and press OK.

  5. Select Yes and press OK.

  6. The printer takes a few moments to process the reset. When you see that it's complete, press OK.
