Solution

For Canon Cinema and Professional DSLR customers whose products may need repair or maintenance, the service location address is as follows.

Please call 1-855-CINE-EOS (toll free) to troubleshoot any issues with your product prior to mailing in or dropping off your product for repair.

When shipping your product, be sure to remove the memory card and batteries. You are not required to send any accessories or manuals. Include your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and a letter describing the issue. Your sales receipt should also be included to show the date of purchase for your product. Please remember to package things well to prevent damage during shipment and send it using a service that can track and insure the package.
 
Upon arrival at the Service Center, your product will be entered into our repair database and assigned a repair number. A technician will visually inspect your product and advise you of the findings. When the repairs are complete your product will be shipped back to you via Federal Express or an appointment will be scheduled for the collection of your product. If the repair entails something that is not covered by the warranty, a written estimate will be emailed or mailed to the address that you have provided. All repair work will begin once the estimate is approved and payment is made. You can decline the repair if you wish by notifying Service Center and the product will be returned to you.
