Solution

For Canon Cinema, Professional DSLR and Camcorder customers whose products may need repair or maintenance, the service location address is as follows

This facility is unable to accept mail in repairs. Product drop offs can only be completed with a Scheduled Appointment.

Please call 1-855-CINE-EOS (1-855-246-3367 toll free) to schedule an appointment at the facility to leave your product.

Please provide a copy of your sales receipt to show the date of purchase for your product.

Upon arrival at the Service Center, your product will be entered into our repair database and assigned a repair number. A technician will visually inspect your product and advise you of the findings. When the repairs are complete your product will be shipped back to you via Federal Express or an appointment will be scheduled for the collection of your product. If the repair entails something that is not covered by the warranty, a written estimate will be emailed or mailed to the address that you have provided. All repair work will begin once the estimate is approved and payment is made. You can decline the repair if you wish by notifying the Service Center and the product will be returned to you.

Should you wish to mail or ship your product in, please send it to your nearest Factory Service Center.
*Please note that our U.S Service Centers are unable to accept packages from or return equipment to addresses outside the United States.
