Learn how to get a printout of your wireless network (LAN) information for the PIXMA MG3620.

Solution

You may occasionally need information about your Wi-Fi® connection, such as your machine's IP address or signal strength.

Follow these steps to get a printout similar to the sample provided below. 
Note These steps are specific to the PIXMA MG3620. Get instructions for other printer models.

  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.

  2. Load two sheets of A4 or Letter-size plain paper.

  3. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and release it when the ON light flashes.

  4. Press the Wi-Fi button again. The machine starts printing the network setting information.
