Description

Learn how to print a nozzle check pattern to test print quality on your PIXMA MG3620 printer.

Solution

You can print a nozzle check pattern to find out whether the ink ejects properly from the print head.

Note If the remaining ink level is low, the nozzle check pattern won't print correctly. Replace the ink cartridge before you begin.

  1. Turn ON the printer.

  2. Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the front tray.

  3. Open the output tray extension and the paper output tray, then extend the paper output support.

  4. Hold down the Stop  button until the Alarm lamp flashes once and immediately release it .

Note Don't start any other print tasks until the process completes.

  5. Examine the nozzle check pattern.to determine if you need to clean the print head.
