Setting the RX (Reception) Report
You can set this report to print for each received fax, to print only if there is an error in reception, or to not print at all.

Make sure that the machine is turned on.

Press the Setup button.
The Setup menu screen is displayed.

Use the 
button to select Fax settings, then press the OK button.

Use the button to select Auto print settings, then press the OK button.

Use the button to select RX report, then press the OK button.

Use the button to select Print error only, Do not print or Print for each RX, then press the OK button.
