Solution
You may occasionally need information about your wireless network, such as your machine's IP address or signal strength.
Follow these steps to get a printout similar to the one you see below.
These steps are specific to MX490 / MX492 printers. Get instructions for other printer models.
Get a network settings printout

Make sure the printer is turned ON.

Press the Setup button.

From the Setup menu screen, use the right / left arrow
buttons to select Device settings, then press the OK button. -
Use the right / left arrow
buttons to select LAN settings, then press OK. -
Use the right / left arrow
buttons to select Print LAN details, then press the OK.
The network settings will print and will look similar to the example below.
