The reason for the error code

The original document you're scanning, copying, or faxing may be too long or is jammed in the automatic document feeder (ADF).


Actions you can take

  1. Press OK to dismiss the error.
  2. Check the original document to make sure it meets the printer's requirements.
  3. If the document is jammed, remove the jammed document. Refer to Remove a paper jam from automatic document feeder (ADF).
  4. Try repeating your scan, copy, or fax.

If the problem is not resolved, service is required.
