If your Mac has macOS 10.14 or later installed, you will need to download and install individual files:

  • ICA Driver

  • IJ Scan Utility2

Any other files available are optional.

  1. If you are asked to run or save the file, save it to your computer. If you are using a Windows PC, open the file when it has finished downloading to begin the installation program. If you are on a Mac, open the file to mount a disk image on the desktop. Then, open the Setup file and the installation program will begin.

  2. Follow all on-screen instructions to install the drivers and software for your scanner.
