Open password-protected PDFs

PDF files open in the Calendar view, the expanded display of the Event view, folder view, and Scan view.
  1. Select a password-protected PDF file then select  (Details View) at the bottom right of the screen, or just double-click a password-protected PDF file.
  2. The Password dialog box appears. Enter the password, then select OK.
  3. The file is unlocked and available for viewing, editing, or printing.

Edit password-protected PDFs

  1. After unlocking a file, select Create/Edit PDF FIle.
  2. You can now add PDF, JPEG, TIFF, and PNG files to the existing PDF, remove pages, or reorder them.
  3. When you are finished editing, select Save.
