This information guides you on how to reset the Wi-Fi® network (LAN) settings on your printer to the factory defaults.
Reset wireless network settings to default

Press the Setup
button.

Press the right arrow
until Device settings appears, then press OK.

Press the right arrow
until Reset setting appears, then press OK.

Press the right arrow
until LAN settings appears, then press OK.

Press the left arrow
to select Yes, then press OK.
The LAN settings on the printer will be reset to the factory defaults.
In both of the tables below, "XXXXXX" represent the last 6 characters of the MAC address for your printer. This address is comprised of 48 characters. The first 6 characters identify the manufacturer and the last 6 characters represent the serial number.
